1. Treatment of Acute Illnesses and Injuries The Emergency Department provides 24-hour emergency medical care for patients experiencing acute illnesses, injuries, and life-threatening conditions. Our experienced emergency physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals are prepared to deliver rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment when every minute matters.

Services include:
Treatment of Acute Illnesses and Injuries

  • Trauma and Accident Care
    Immediate evaluation and treatment for injuries resulting from road traffic accidents, falls, workplace incidents, sports injuries, and other traumatic events.
  • Cardiac Emergencies
    Rapid assessment and treatment for patients experiencing chest pain, suspected heart attacks, cardiac arrhythmias, and other cardiovascular emergencies.
  • Stroke Management
    Urgent evaluation and intervention for patients exhibiting stroke symptoms, such as facial drooping, slurred speech, weakness or numbness of the limbs, and sudden loss of balance, to minimize complications and improve outcomes.
  • Respiratory Emergencies
    Prompt treatment for acute asthma attacks, severe respiratory infections, breathing difficulties, allergic reactions, and other respiratory conditions requiring immediate medical attention.
  • Shock and Critical Conditions
    Emergency stabilization and treatment for patients experiencing shock due to severe blood loss, trauma, infection, dehydration, or other life-threatening causes.

2. Pain Management and Initial Medical Treatment
Administration of pain relievers or other medications to alleviate acute pain or other acute symptoms such as fever or pain from injuries.
Basic treatment for emergency or accident cases not requiring surgery, including wound suturing, tetanus injections, or allergy treatment.

3. Critical Care Services
ER Department provides urgent intervention for critically ill patients, such as those experiencing respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, or major trauma.Performing CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) for patients with cardiac arrest.

4.Patient Referrals
When patients present with complex condition, they may be referred to appropriate departments such as surgery, internal medicine, or psychiatry. Referrals are done by the doctor to ensure patients receive comprehensive and appropriate care based on their condition.

5. Non-Emergency Care
In addition to critical cases, the Emergency Department also provides care for non-life-threatening conditions such as colds, abdominal pain, or minor injuries. However, non-urgent patients may experience some wait time depending on the priority of critical cases.
