Key Responsibilities
- Board Secretarial Duties: Serve as Corporate Secretary; arrange, coordinate, and prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes for Board of Directors meetings.
- Action Item Tracking: Monitor and follow up on Board meeting resolutions and assigned action items.
- Legal Case Management: Oversee, coordinate, and manage all hospital litigation and legal proceedings from filing to final resolution with external parties, individuals, or government agencies.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and provide legal opinions on contracts and agreements between the hospital and third-party organizations.
- Internal Legal Advisory: Advise internal departments on business laws, regulatory compliance, and legal risk mitigation.
- Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Freelance Video Creator or Production House for a monthly retainer contract. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and pitching creative ideas to deliver high-quality video content. Our in-house team will handle on-site coordination and social media publishing).
Deliverables & Contract:
- Duration: 6-month to 1-year contract
- (Note: Volume and budget are open to negotiation)
