Chinese Medicine Center
Chinese Medicine Center provides healthcare services based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with a focus on individualized assessment and care. Services include taking a medical history, conducting assessments based on TCM principles, and developing a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s symptoms and health condition.
Traditional Chinese Medicine takes a holistic approach to healthcare, emphasizing balance within the body and the proper functioning of its various systems. Therefore, treatment focuses not only on relieving symptoms but also on supporting the body’s recovery and promoting ongoing health and well-being.
Medical Services
Acupuncture
Fine needles are used to stimulate appropriate acupuncture points. The physician will assess each patient’s symptoms and select suitable treatment points based on individual concerns. Acupuncture may be used to help manage muscle and joint pain, neck, upper back and shoulder pain, lower back pain, as well as other conditions as determined appropriate by the physician.
Electroacupuncture
We use electroacupuncture which is a treatment that combines acupuncture with gentle electrical stimulation at an appropriate intensity to stimulate the targeted treatment areas. The physician will assess each patient individually to determine whether electroacupuncture is appropriate based on their condition and symptoms.
Cupping Therapy
Treatment cups are used to create suction on the skin, helping to stimulate circulation in the treatment area. Cupping may be used as part of the management of muscle pain, stiffness, or fatigue, depending on the physician’s assessment.
Tui Na Massage
Tui Na Massage is a traditional Chinese therapeutic massage technique that uses methods such as pressing, kneading, pushing, and rotating over muscles and specific areas of the body. It is intended to help relax muscles and manage pain or physical tension as appropriate.
We strive to provide individualized care.
Before receiving treatment, each patient will undergo a medical history review and symptom assessment. The physician will then determine the most appropriate treatment approach for the individual. Treatment may involve a single TCM technique or a combination of several techniques, depending on the patient’s needs.
The Chinese Medicine Center is committed to providing safe, high-standard, and patient-centered care to support appropriate health management and quality of life for each individual.
